Adora is the simplest and fastest way for our team to find and watch meaningful session replays

Lawrence Wilmore

Senior Product Manager at Linktree

Adora is a game-changer for product orgs. My team is continuously shipping experiments. At this scale it's so hard to know exactly what a given customer is experiencing in the product. Adora creates that clarity.

Lauryn Motamedi

Head of Product Growth, Notion

We used Adora at my previous company, and upon joining CoinTracker, the clarity and visibility Adora provided were one of the first things I missed.

FAQs

Here are a few of the most common ways teams are using Adora:

1. Documenting user journeys as a source of truth

Understand how user journeys and behaviors differ across different product tiers. This helps align internal teams with a shared view of the full customer experience.

2. Conversion rate optimization

See exactly how user improvements impact key metrics by visualizing the steps users take,  where they drop off across the entire product experience.

3. Device analysis

Explore how behavior differs between desktop, tablet, and mobile. For example, which users use desktop heavily and who prefers mobile. Adora helps you ensure each audience gets a tailored experience that works for their device.

4. Building for global markets

Adora lets you compare localized product experiences side by side. This makes it easy to spot inconsistencies and ensure every region meets your design standards.

Onboarding into Adora is lightweight. It typically takes less than half a day of engineering time to integrate the Adora snippet. Once it’s in place, no ongoing engineering support is required.

A typical onboarding journey is:

  • Day 1: Engineers integrate Adora into the production environment
  • Day 2-5: Data flows through into Adora and the Adora team cross checks that the product is being captured correctly
  • Day 6-8: Onboarding call to bring the team onto Adora

The integration timeline purely depends of the complexity of the product environment.

Adora captures a range of product analytics to help you understand how users interact with your experience. Here’s what we currently track:

•Session count per screen, action, or journey

•Conversion rate

•Drop-off rate

•Session, view, and unique user count

•Journey paths, both direct and indirect

Adora lets you pass in any properties about a user session, including feature flags or A/B test parameters. We automatically capture UTM parameters and Statsig data. We don’t explicitly have other analytics integrations but they can add the same properties they send to those integrations into our cohort properties.

Adora is the only platform that automatically maps your entire product journey visually, screen by screen, action by action,  so you can instantly see how users move through your experience in real time.

Other tools rely on event IDs or fragmented session replays, which means your team has to manually connect the dots, which is time consuming. That approach not only requires deep technical context, but it also leaves gaps in understanding the full user journey. At best, you get isolated screens or partial replays,  not a complete picture.
