Joining the Beta

We’re currently in a Beta, testing and refining Adora with our starting customers. If you’d like access to Adora, you can join our waitlist and we’ll be in touch about next steps.

Onboarding with Adora

Our team stays very close to you throughout the onboarding process to ensure that you’re setup for success.

Connect with our team

You’ll be invited to a shared Slack channel, where you’ll meet your dedicated Customer Success & Onboarding contact to align on goals, timeline, and milestones.

Insert the Adora Script

You’ll be granted access to our Adora integration portal where you can sign in with Google. If you don’t use Google, please inform your Customer Success contact who can create the accounts for you.

Learn about your product

We’ll book a session where you can share your product, audiences, and “jobs to be done” in a 1:1 working session. This will help our team understand your product more and ensure it’s correctly instrumented when you log in.

Set up your account & journeys

We help tidy up your initial data and screens, then configure journeys aligned to your goals.

Onboarding and training call with your team

We review the setup, confirm tracking, and align on next steps and success metrics.

Regular Check-ins

Now that you’re live and exploring Adora, we setup check-ins to make sure that you’re getting the most out of the product.
